Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of Mantle Reach Power. He brings 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and has delivered approximately 3.5 GW of projects across North American power markets.

Prior to Mantle Reach, Nick was a founding executive at Cordelio Power. There, he served as Chief Development Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for development, project finance, and acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Nick held roles at Alterra Power and Innergex Renewable Energy, leading US project finance and tax equity transactions, project development, and offtake contracting.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Honors, and a secondary concentration in Sustainability, from the University of British Columbia.

Luke is the Chief Legal Officer of Mantle Reach Power. He has 15 years of experience in finance and transactional legal work, with over 10 years in renewable energy.

Prior to Mantle Reach, Luke was a founding executive at Cordelio Power serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Transactions, where he played a key role in scaling the business to over 2.4 GW of operating and in-construction assets and a 20+ GW development pipeline through to its sale to Pattern Energy. In this role, he oversaw the legal function, with particular involvement and responsibility for corporate, transaction and finance work.

Earlier in his career, Luke held roles at Alterra Power and Innergex Renewable Energy with significant involvement in project finance and tax equity transactions, project development, and offtake contracting.

He holds a JD and Bachelor of Arts. He is a member of the Canadian bar association.

Paul is the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Engineering of Mantle Reach Power. He has nearly 40 years of experience in renewable energy development, construction and operations.

Prior to Mantle Reach, Paul was a founding executive at Cordelio Power, serving as COO. In this role, he oversaw engineering, construction, land, operations and asset management for wind, solar and battery storage projects.

Earlier in his career, Paul held roles at Alterra Power and Plutonic Power where he oversaw wind project construction and operations, as well as providing oversight of geothermal development and operating assets in Nevada and Iceland. Paul started his career with over 2 decades at BC Hydro, a regulated utility in British Columbia, Canada working on large hydro generating projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Brad is the Senior Vice President, Development of Mantle Reach Power. He has 20 years of experience producing utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. Over the course of his career, he has developed more than 1 GW of projects from greenfield through to operations in the United States.

Prior to joining Mantle Reach, Brad served as Vice President, Development at Cordelio Power, where he led the development of a pipeline exceeding 3 GW of renewable energy projects.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
