Mantle Reach Power is seeking a Vice President, Project Finance.

Mantle Reach Power is an independent power producer that develops, owns, and operates geothermal power projects across North America. What You’ll Do

• Head Mantle Reach’s project finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring junior team members
• Lead deal teams evaluating, structuring, and executing development acquisitions, partnerships, and project (debt and tax equity) and corporate financings
• Oversee financial analysis, including the ownership, creation, and maintenance of project and enterprise financial models
• Lead structuring and execution of tax equity and debt financings, including negotiation of documentation, management of the diligence process, and coordination of third-party consultants
• Lead financial and risk analysis to inform key project development decisions
• Support internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for financing deliverables
• Support evaluation of offtake opportunities, including offer pricing and structuring, RFP submissions, and resulting contract negotiations
• Oversee presentations and approval materials for management and board regarding project investment recommendations, financings, and acquisitions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates with renewables project finance and/or investment experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics or related business field
• Demonstrated track record in sourcing, leading and executing US debt and tax equity transactions
• Excellent financial modeling and document negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office/related applications
